First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a comprehensive endodontic exam explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. The comprehensive endodontic exam consists of an oral examination, diagnostic radiographs and CBCT (3D image of your tooth) if indicated, all appropriate endodontic diagnostic testing, and thorough review of your medical history including a review of all of your medications. We take great care to ensure root canal treatment is necessary, appropriate and a safe treatment option for you.
Treatment Visit
Your root canal in many cases may be completed at this visit. There are times however, medications are necessary and placed in the tooth or additional time is required due to the complexity of your case. This is a case by case decision and we will always do what is in your best interest. Providing the best care for you is an overriding principle of our practice.
